Wanna change the world? There’s nothing to it…


As you will have seen from my last few blog posts, I have been creating some digital designs like this one, that I’ve been sharing both here, on the blog, and on my LinkedIn feed.

I gave myself a creative challenge to design something both interesting and creatively playful, while simultaneously highlighting how I am best poised to help. Lots to pack into a small space, but creativity loves constraint! I have to say, the results have been really pleasing so far.

My favourite moment was when I went on a flight of fancy and explored a creative collision between my artistic interests and my professional ones. A lyric by Madonna or a quote from Willy Wonka seemed to express an idea far better (and with more lyricism and brevity) than any trite truism. Plus, it just felt more interesting than most of the stuff I had seen on LinkedIn recently.

That said, it seems as though the traction on LinkedIn has been quite limited and I wonder if it is an algorithmic issue, or if there is something else at play. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know in the comments below.
