Creative thinking can be learned. You can get better at it. I know because I have successfully delivered workshops and masterclasses on creativity at places like Google, Meta and Trinity College Dublin. There is a lot of gloom around automation and AI, but this should be your lightbulb moment (pun intended, in honour of Thomas Edison). You have time to invest in your people right now. You can develop them into future leaders by expanding their creative brains. They will be happier and have a greater impact. And you will be more successful as a consequence. Or you can keep doing what you’re doing. It’s up to you. #BeamMeUpScotty
